1. Vidyut Sahayak (Jr Engineer-IT): 04 Posts
2. Vidyut Sahayak (Jr Engineer-Elect): 54 Posts
3. Vidyut Sahayak (Jr Engineer-Civil): 08 Posts
Age Limit: Candidates age should be not less than 18 years and not more than 30 years for General candidates and 35 years for Reserved Category candidates as on 24-12-2012. Age relaxation extended as per the rules.
Educational Qualification: Candidates must possess B.E (IT/Computer) or B.Tech (IT/Computer) for Jr Engineer (IT) Posts, B.E (Civil) for Jr Engineer (Civil) Post, B.E (Elect) for Jr Engineer (Elect) Post only from Recognized University of India approved by AICTE with minimum 60% for Unreserved category candidates and minimum 55% for Reserved category candidates in all Semesters with first Trial without ATKT (Passed in first attempt). Knowledge of Computer Operations & Gujarati language is must.
Application Fee: Rs-500/- for UR/SEBC category candidates, Rs-250/- for SC, ST category candidates should be paid in the form of Demand Draft in any Nationalized Bank favoring Dakshin Gujarat Vij Company Limited and payable at Surat only (with mentioning name and address of the candidates behind demand draft).
Selection Process: Selection will be done on the basis of written test/interview.
